The Loaves and Fish Ministry will mobilize this Saturday to give out the bags of essentials to the unhoused. If you can help, plan on meeting at the church at 9:30 p.m. They will load up vehicles and caravan to the encampments along 14th street. It is a true blessing to be able to reach out to these people and bring the hope of the Gospel!
Isaac will be hosting a hot chocolate cart on Saturday, March 1st, at the Edelweiss Apartments Clubhouse beginning at 9:00 a.m. He could use some help to serve the hot chocolate and make connections with the residents. Please contact him if you would be willing to help for the 2-hour period. Contact: isaac@gcclakewood.org
Stop by the Hospitality Counter to pick up some bags to pass out to the unhoused as you cross paths with them.
