IMPORTANT NOTE:

Year-end contribution statements are ready for distribution, along with an information packet with items that will be discussed at the Annual Meeting, and will be available this Sunday.  Members of Staff will be handing them out as you enter or exit the service this Sunday.

The women will be meeting at the home of Jennifer Reed from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

MEN'S FRIDAY LUNCHEON:
Friday, January 24th, 11:30 a.m.

The men's luncheon will be at the Black-Eyed Pea on Wadsworth and 1st Avenue.

LIFELINE SCREENING:
Friday, January 24th, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Lifeline will be offering screenings using our Worship Center for this event that is open to the public.  We have two $85 certificates for complimentary screenings.  We will give them out on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Contact the GCC office for more information.  303-988-7505

BAPTISM AND TESTIMONY SUNDAY
This Sunday, January 26th

God is at work and on the move. This Sunday we will celebrate the many great things he has done throughout 2024 and moving into 2025. We will celebrate the redemptive work of unconditional grace in and through the waters of Baptism and we will hear testimonies from many faithful followers of what God has done in their lives in the past year. If you desire to be baptized, please contact Pastor Nick.

‍LIFE GROUP TRAINING (Lunch provided)
This Sunday, January 26th, 11:30 a.m.

‍Anyone who is interested in training to lead or co-lead a Life Group, you are welcomed and encouraged to attend this gathering, led by Steve and Shelley Burdick.  And those of you who are just curious about Life Groups in general, feel welcome to attend.  We will meet in the South building immediately following the church service.

‍‍Monday, January 27th, 6:30 p.m. The men will be meeting in the lower level of the south building.

UPCOMING EVENTS:

2025 ANNUAL MEETING & POTLUCK:
Sunday, February 2nd, 11:30-2:00 p.m.

‍The Italian-themed potluck meal will begin at 11:30, immediately following the service.  The meeting will follow the meal where we will be voting on the 2025 budget and new Leadership Team members. There will also be a review of the 2024 year.  Please plan on joining us!

ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) CLASSES:

Every Tuesday form 6:00-8:00 p.m.

‍Pastors Oscar and Carla Cortez are leading this class on a weekly basis.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY "GALENTINE'S" DINNER:

Thursday, February 13th, 6:30 p.m. The women are going to have a dinner and craft night.  You are asked to bring a dessert to share. Location is Lynne Pott house: 11580 W. Center Ave., Lakewood, CO 80226.  More details will follow.
