MEN'S FRIDAY LUNCHEON: Friday, August 2, 11:30 a.m.

The men will be meeting at the Olive Garden.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD BOXES: The collection of physical boxes continues through this Sunday, August 4. We have a goal of 50 online boxes by August 18. You can use the link or QR in the notice below to create a box online.

MOMS OF MUNCHKINS PLAY DATES: Wednesday, August 7, 8:30-10 a.m.

Open to families of babies and younger elementary children. Meet at the Grace Playground every Wednesday through August, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. for some playtime and fellowship.

FAMILY NIGHT WEDNESDAY: Picnic @ Carmody Park,August 7: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Please join us with your family for this final summer event! Bring your own dinner or bring something to share.  Everyone is welcome.

GCC is participating in the opportunity to bless children around the world through Operation Christmas Child. This organization sends shoeboxes filled with gifts to children who will not receive gifts otherwise.

We are collecting the shoeboxes at the church through August 4th, although you may still donate shoeboxes online through August 18th.  HERE are some ideas for filling a box. You can build a shoebox online HERE or use the QR code.  Monetary donations are welcomed.

MEN'S MINISTRY: BBQ, Friday, August 9, 6 p.m. The Men's Ministry is planning a BBQ on Friday, August 9 at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level of the S. Building. All men are welcome.

BABY SHOWER(S)!

Tuesday, August 13, 6 p.m. A joint shower is planned for Rachael Heidt and Krisa Neff in the Worship Center on Tuesday, August 13th, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Let's come together to celebrate the two cuties who will be joining us in September! Many of you may not know Rachael and Kharis, so take this great opportunity to get to know them and other women in our church. Let's bless these families and surround them with prayers and support.

Save the date of Saturday, September 7 for GCC's annual Block Party. The party will begin at 5:30 p.m. with fun carnival-style events, food, games, snow cones, etc.  At sundown, we will watch a movie outdoors.
